Accusation is robbing the shop of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was neither named in the First Information Report nor any recovery has been made from the petitioner nor petitioner has been put on Test Identification Parade. The statements to that effect have been made in para 7 of the petition.

Considering the fact that petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3837 of 2015 (2) dt.29-01-2015 2/2 Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 173 of 2013.

Since the petitioner is accused in eight other cases, learned Court below will cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if the petitioner defaults for two consecutive occasions during trial or gets substantially involved in similar nature of offence.
