2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief:
"for issuance of a writ in the nature of 'Mandamus' commanding and directing the state respondents to make a correction in the Khatiyan having lands appertaining to Khata No. 266(old) Khata no. 841 (new) corresponding to Khesra No.1297 (old) Khesra No. 1910(new) Thana No.149 Tauzi No. 3306 falling within Mauza
Patna High Court CWJC No.2256 of 2017(5) dt.17-06-2025 2/2 Puraini Bansgopal P.S- Puraini, DistrictMadhepura, measuring an area 42 decimals of lands, which has been wrongly entered in the revenue records of the state of Bihar, although the aforesaid land is admittedly the Khatiyani lands of the petitioner."
3. A perusal of the order no. 2 dated 29.10.2024 would show that the petitioner is no more and prayer for adjournment was made to file an appropriate petition.
4. On 20.01.2025 and 18.03.2025, the same prayers were made.
5. Today on call, there is no appearance neither any petition is on record.
6. Granting liberty to the heirs to agitate the matter if he/she/they so wants as also the fact that the sole petitioner is no more, the petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U
