JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-10-2019 In compliance of the judgment of this Court dated 18.05.2018 passed in CWJC no. 4701 of 2017, the full amount of gratuity amounting to Rs. 7,64,940/- has been sanctioned and sent to the Treasury Officer, Daudnagar for payment to the petitioner. Moreover, the payment of the arrears of pension amount has also been processed for the period July, 2017 to April, 2018 and has been credited to the account of the petitioner herein.

Patna High Court MJC No.3687 of 2018(2) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 Prima facie, this Court is satisfied that the judgment of this Court has been complied with, however in case, the petitioner has got any subsisting grievance, he may approach the Principal Secretary, Department of Health, Government of Bihar, Patna by filing appropriate representation which shall be dealt with in accordance with law.
