The petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner persuaded the son of the informant to go to Maharastra for getting employment as Supervisor. The victim was given Rs. 15,000/- as advance. But, subsequently due to hard labour work the son of the informant fell ill. The informant tried to contact his son, but he could not be contacted. On 13.05.2014 informant found his son missing.

Considering the suspicious, omnibus and general nature of accusation co-accused Paltan Rai has been granted bail vide Criminal Misc.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bakhari P.S.
