Taking into consideration that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he has been detained in this case on the material that one co-accused Chandan Kumar Singh, confessed that he had kept stolen motor cycle in the house of the petitioner and the said motor cycle was recovered in course of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, chapra in connection with Khaira ( Nagra O.P) P.S.Case No. 113 of 2014.
