The stolen mobile appears to have been recovered from possession of Kanhaiya Sah, who disclosed that the said mobile set had been purchased by him from the petitioner and in this way the name of the petitioner has been dragged in this case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Bagaha, West
