2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 registered in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 239 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on mere suspicion on the part of the informant (police officer), except which there is no objective material whatsoever on the basis of which any offence under the provisions of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 is made out against the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged and criminal antecedents of the petitioner, who is accused in two prior cases of similar nature, however, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.

5. If the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail before
