Patna High Court CWJC No.607 of 1988 (10) dt.17-01-2017 2/2 the Bihar Intermediate Education Council Act, 1992, since repealed by Bihar Intermediate Education Council Repeal Act, 2007.

In view of the said fact, no opinion is warranted on the reference made. Consequently, the writ petition is also dismissed having rendered infructuous.
