JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Piro P. S. Case No.256 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of IPC and Sections 25(1b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Recovery of three cartridges from the petitioner and it is said that police arrested the petitioner and others on the information that some accused are making preparation for dacoity.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for about four months. There is no recovery of fire arm, rather cartridges. He has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1637 of 2020(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Piro P. S. Case No.256 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
