2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304(b)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. In the F.I.R. it has come that the deceased has committed suicide because she was being tortured by the accused persons. The petitioner is in jail since 17.10.2023. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the fact that it is a case of suicide, this application for regular bail is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4985 of 2024(3) dt.27-03-2024 2/2 bail after framing of charge if the charge has not been framed yet on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 4th West Muzaffarpur/concerned Court below in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 13 of 2020.
