The petitioner seeks bail in Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 217 of 2014 registered under Section 307 and other Sections of the I.P.C., 27 of the Arms Act and 3⁄4 of the Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practices Act, 1991.

The petitioner is alleged to have fired which hit Sudarshan Singh when the brother of the informant came to save the petitioner also bite him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a counter version. The doctor examined the injured in hospital and kept the opinion reserved for X-ray and C.T. Scan report but no report of X-ray and C.T. Scan was submitted. The injured was

On the other hand, learned counsel for the informant submits that the Investigating Officer did not collect the injury report.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 28.09.2014, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram, in Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 217 of 2014.
