JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The alleged occurrence appears to have taken place on account of cleaning of drainage and it is stated that co-accused Pintu Yadav gave lathi blow causing injury to informant's brother, who died while taking to hospital.
No doubt, petitioners are named but no specific overt act has been attributed against them and the postmortem report of deceased reveals that only head injuries were found on his person. Accordingly, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
