Case No. 403 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 414/34 of IPC and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
Recovery of one firm arm and one knife from the possession of the petitioner.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no independent witness of the occurrence. He is in custody for about four months.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. However, once the charge has been framed in this case, or he has remained in custody for six months, petitioner is
