2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with G.R. No. 1417 of 2021 arising out of Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 179 of 2021, registered on 05.08.2021, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 337, 338, 307, 332, 333, 353, 427, 435, 504, 283 & 188 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Bihar Prevention of Damage of Public Property Act, 1984.
3. As per the prosecution, an F.I.R. has been lodged against 76 named and 300-400 unknown accused persons, alleging that they collectively started pelting stones and caused damage to police vehicles. It is further alleged that the accused persons also created hindrance in the discharge of official duties of police officials
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature, with no specific

Counsel further submits that the other similarly situated persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 14.07.2022, 19.07.2022, 01.09.2022, and 05.09.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 66121 of 2021, 68863 of 2021, 19903 of 2022, and 21388 of 2022, respectively.
6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail, but fairly submits that, as per the pleadings, the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.
7. In the present facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Trial Court within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-I, Aurangabad, in connection with G.R. No. 1417 of 2021 arising out of Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 179 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
