The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 467, 468, 471, 120B, 295(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that some body has been indulged in activity of doubling notes on the name of God. On such information raid was conducted and accused persons were apprehended. The accused disclosed that while they were fleeing away they kept Rs. 15, 00000/- in the house of Chote Lal Singh. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that none of the witness has stated that the petitioner took any money from any persons.
