JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 02.02.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that in a dinner party, one Deepak Kumar made firing hitting the deceased and after that petitioner and other accused threw dead body of deceased in drainage. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation co-accused Chintu @ Kunj Bihari Sharma has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 27.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 3164/2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4256 of 2015 (2) dt.02-02-2015 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in Samastipur Town P.S. Case no. 229/2014.
