JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against the petitioner is that he gave rod blow on the head of informant's father but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute and persons from both the sides sustained injuries. It is pointed out by him that son and wife of the petitioner sustained grievous injury, which is evident from perusal of Annexure-3 series to this petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
