Ten days' time for surrender of the petitioner was granted vide order dated 07.04.2015 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in ABP No. 432 of 2015 but the petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated time. The petition for modification of the order dated 07.04.2015 has been rejected. Hence, this application has been filed.

Considering the submissions and the reasons mentioned in the application for extension of time, the same is allowed and the petitioner is granted four weeks' further time to surrender in the court below and thereafter he shall be released on bail in terms of the order dated 07.04.2015 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in ABP No.432 of 2015. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14342 of 2021(2) dt.23-12-2021 2/2 petitioner will deposit Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund and produce the same in the court below before furnishing his bail bonds.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the application stands disposed of.
