It would appear that except confessional statement of co-accused as well as coupled with criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Raghubir Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Shahpur P.S.
