Accordingly, the present petition qua the petitioner nos. 1 to 5 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8683 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/3 connection with G.B.Nagar P.S. Case No. 273 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons having assaulted the informant and his family members causing various injuries on their persons.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that as far as the petitioner nos. 6 and 7 are concerned, there is no specific allegation of any sort of overt act and they are having a fair antecedent inasmuch as the petitioner no. 6 is an accused in one other case, but the petitioner no. 7 is having a clean antecedent.

The learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail as far as the petitioner nos. 1 to 5 are concerned. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, I deem it fit and proper to admit the petitioner nos. 6 and 7 to the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner nos. 6 and 7 are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on

No.8683 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 3/3 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with G.B.Nagar P.S. Case No. 273 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
