The petitioner seeks bail in Complaint Case No. 1336 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant is the second wife of the petitioner and she made allegation that immediately after marriage her husband subjected her to physical and mental torture. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner never tortured his wife. The second wife filed this case making false allegation. The petitioner is in jail since 14.11.2014. Having considered the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for more than two months, he is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3320 of 2015 (2) dt.27-01-2015 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 1336 of 2013. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
