"For issuance of appropriate writs, direction/directions to the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment made upon Khesera No. 644 and 645 situated in village-Kokrasa which is in nature of canal upon which several unsocial elements constructed some hut and house, therefore the entire easement of the petitioner and several other persons have been obstructed and/or for any other relief or reliefs to which, the petitioner may be found entitled in course of hearing of this writ application".

The petitioner has filed an application before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18835 of 2018(2) dt.21-02-2019 2/2 Circle Officer, Hulasganj, Jehanabad (respondent No. 4) for redressal of his grievance. The said application is pending till date. No order has been passed on the said application. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Circle Officer, Hulasganj, Jehanabad (respondent No. 4) is directed to dispose of the said application in accordance with law complying with Sections-3, 4 & 5 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 after giving opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties, at the earliest, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
