This matter is pending since 1988 and it appears that both parties have left pairvi of this case. However, it would appear from the record that this court issued notice to both parties and the process server effected the service of notice adopting the process of house service as the parties were not found at their respective home.

So far as preparation of list of pending cases is concerned, the office has reported that the same has already been done. Therefore, in the aforesaid circumstance, I have no option except to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution.
