The petitioner is languishing in custody since 24.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Two motorcycles were recovered from coaccused Chandan Singh and Bhushan Kumar. On interrogation they named the petitioner and others.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery has not been made from the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Moreover, similarly situated accused Saurav Kumar Singh @ Rana has been granted bail vide

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3827 of 2015 (02) dt.29-01-2015 2/2 Cr. Misc. No. 3274 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Khaira P.S.
