JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners happen to be employees of a co-operative Bank and allegedly on their instructions, the informant deposited some amount in the concerned bank but subsequently, the concerned bank refused to make payment to the informant. Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that the amount of the informant is still in his account and, as a matter of fact, the deposited amount can only be released in favour of the informant as per guidelines of the concerned PACS. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above
