2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Mutation Cancellation Appeal No.4 of 2015 was filed in the Court of District Collector, Saran at Chapra but there is no progress in the said appeal. He further submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with direction to the respondent no.3 for early disposal of the said appeal in accordance with law.

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
4. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the parties, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.3, the Additional Collector, Saran at Chapra to dispose of the Mutation Cancellation Appeal No.4 of 2015, if pending, expeditiously in accordance with law.
