KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 17-10-2022 Petitioners have prayed for the following relief/s : "I. That the present writ application is being filed in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the task force report dated 12.12.2018

Patna High Court CWJC No.612 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2022 2/2 which has been prepared under the signature of different respondents; on the ground that the distance in between the rice mill and PACS has not been seen and verified properly and the entire process has been adopted in an arbitrary manner, the report has been prepared with regard to the different rice mill and the physical verification has not been done as per document supplied by the different rice mills and the said report needs proper verification;

II. That the present writ application is being filed in the nature of Mandamus for a direction to the Respondents for doing a proper verification of the different rice mill who have applied for tagging for the different PACS and thereafter a nearest PACS should be tagged with the rice mill in accordance with law for the procurement of paddy for the procurement year 2018-19.

III. For any other relief/Reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled."
