Petitioner is named in the first information report along with two others and the informant claimed that prior to the alleged occurrence, he had seen the petitioner and two others along with deceased entering into cold storage and on the next morning, the dead body of the deceased was found. It appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and further detention of the petitioner does not appear to be required.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
