Petitioner is an accused in connection with Fesar P.S. Case No. 104 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 376, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the first information report has been lodged after lapse of four months and the girl is major. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.10.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
