2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 105 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R., this petitioner has been made accused merely because father of informant died due to electrocution in the field of this petitioner. Fact remains that the land in question, where the alleged occurrence took place, does not belong to this petitioner, rather it belongs to one Prem Kumar Singh and as such, petitioner has got no concern with the alleged occurrence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Buxar / concerned Court in connection with Krishnabrahm P.S. Case No. 42 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
