JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 18.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that name of this petitioner came in the statement of witness, Balabh Yadav who claimed before the investigating officer that on the alleged date of occurrence he had seen the petitioner in the company of co-accused, Santosh Yadav who is named accused of this case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
