Mr. Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issued raised in the present writ application is no more res integra. In fact, a Coordinate Bench this Court has already decided the issue vide order dated 14.02.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 915 of 2017.

In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the case of the petitioner in the light of the decision of this Court dated 14.02.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 915 of 2017 and if the case of the petitioner is found similar to the case of petitioner of C.W.J.C. No. 915 of 2017, similar benefit should be granted to the
