The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No.171 of 2007 registered for offences punishable under Sections 324 & 307 of the Indian Penal Code an Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act.. Petitioner is said to have exploded bomb causing injury to the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that injuries are of the hard and blunt substance. Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail in view of allegation.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2947 of 2020(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
