2. The matter relates to Shri Krishna Sanskrit Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Simara in the district of Muzaffarpur. The petitioner who claims to be the Incharge Headmaster of the said School seeks a direction to the respondent- Bihar Sanskrit Siksha Board,(hereinafter referred to as the Board) Patna to accord approval of first phase "Namika" sent by the petitioner vide letter No. 19 dated 22.07.2015, for constitution of Managing Committee of the said School for its smooth functioning.

3. It is the plea of the petitioner that the first phase "Namika" once approved by the Board shall be deciding

4. Though this writ application was filed in March, 2017, no counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents despite the fact that copies of the writ application were served on learned counsel for the Board before filing of the writ application.

5. Considering the simple nature of relief sought in the present writ application, it is being disposed of at this stage itself with a direction to the Secretary of the Board (Respondent No.3) to ensure that a decision is taken on the question of grant of approval of the first phase "Namika" within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. This application stands disposed of.
