The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2532© of 2017 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that earlier on 21.06.2016, an informatory petition (Annexure-3) was filed by the petitioner in the Court of C.J.M., Barh, Patna against the complainant and her family members stating that the complainant does not want to live with her husband.
