JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 05.02.2019 passed by the District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in Arms Case No. 117 of 2015, whereby and whereunder the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license has been rejected, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 05.02.2019, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted. It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the appeal of the petitioner on merits
