2 This writ petition has been filed for the following relief (s):

"(i) For the issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction to restrain them from forcefully dispossessing the petitioner from the disputed land.

(ii) For the issuance of an appropriate order not to disturb the peaceful possession of the petitioner over Kattha of RS Plot No 6021 situated in the west portion of the Panchayat Bhawan and not to disturb the statue of late Ram Sagar Mukhiya installed over Plot No 6021.

(iii) For the issuance of any other appropriate writ/direction as Your Lordships may deem fit and proper for the ends of justice."

Patna High Court CWJC No.1009 of 2024(2) dt.25-04-2024 2/2 3 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's representation before the Circle Officer, Mohiuddin Nagar, Samastipur (Respondent No 4) has not been taken to its logical conclusion.

4 Mr Md N H Khan, learned SC I submits that it would suffice if the petitioner's fresh representation is taken note by the Circle Officer, Mohiuddin Nagar, Samastipur and is disposed of.

5 In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move the Circle Officer, Mohiuddin Nagar, Samastipur (Respondent No 4) with fresh petition/representation and in any case, the same is filed within four weeks from today, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion within six months. 6 This writ petition stands disposed of.
