JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but according to the prosecution case itself, co-accused Praphul Rai and Angrej Rai assaulted the informant and so far as petitioner is concerned, he is said to have opened fire but firing of the petitioner did not hit the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Chakai P.S.Case No.141 of 2015 (G.R. No.2142 of 2015).
