2. The writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

(i) To quash the order dated 25.05.2011 in memo no. 247/ Jamui passed under the signature of the member District Teachers Selection Appellate Tribunal, Jaumi (Annexure-5), whereby and where under the selection of the petitioner has been declared invalid and the Selection Committee has further been directed to cancel the Selection of the petitioner and directed to the Selection Committee after obtaining the permission of the appropriate/Competent authority, the process of Selection to fill up those post should be taken up a fresh.

(ii) To quash also the order dated 25.07.2018 passed by the Chairperson (J), State Appellate Authority, Education Department, Bihar, passed in Appeal Case No. 601 of 2017 filed by the petitioner challenging the order of District authority,

2/4 Jamui passed in memo no. 247/Jamui by which appeal has been disposed of on 25.07.2018 (Annexure-6) and observed that the court does not find any substance in the contention of the appellant to challenge the correctness of the order of the learned District Authority. The process of selection as directed by the learned District Authority shall be initiated by the concerned Gram Panchayat and concluded as quickly as possible preferably within four month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

(iii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents authorities not to disturb the service of the petitioner as they were legally selected by the selection committee as per the selection Rules and guidelines of the department concerned and thus to pay their full back and current wages with all other consequential benefits for which they be found entitled to.

(iv) The petitioner further prays that one vacancy in Panchayat teacher in Grampanchayat Raj Gutwe Anchal Chakai in the district Jamui be kept vacant till the disposal of the writ application.

(v) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/ direction for which the petitioner be found entitled to.

3. Pursuant to order dated 04.11.2025, Interlocutory Application bearing No. 01 of 2024 was allowed to add the following reliefs, which is reproduced hereunder:

3/4 (i) That this interlocutory application is being filed for issuance of writ of mandamus/ any other appropriate writ direction/order, commanding the respondents to grant the due arrear of salary of the petitioner as well as current salary of the petitioner which has unpaid till date to since her appointment because the petitioner has marked their attendance regularly in the Teacher Daily attendance register.

4. In view of the stand taken by the counsel for the State, which is referred in the Order dated 02.02.2026, since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, therefore, this matter was adjourned to enable the counsel for the petitioner to take instructions.

5. On 09.02.2026, the petitioner sought time to file rejoinder to the counter-affidavit filed in response to the Order dated 09.12.2025. And today, when this matter was called out for consideration of the case, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

6. Since there is a specific statement made by the counsel for the State that the entire amount , for which the petitioner is entitled to, has already been disbursed by the Department to the petitioner amounting to Rs. 4,82,610/-, Rs.

4/4 5,66,111/- and Rs. 17,19,771/- vide letter Nos. 2942 dated 23.12.2025, 2986 dated 29.12.2025 & 60 dated 08.01.2026 respectively.

7. In view of the stand taken in the counter-affidavit by the learned counsel for the State, the instant writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
