2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section-21(b) of N.D.P.S. Act.

3. Allegedly, 16.31 grams of brown sugar from 30 sachets, each sachet weighing 0.46 gms was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the quantity of recovered narcotic is less than the commercial quantity. The petitioner is a lady and she has no criminal antecedent. She is under custody since 22-11-2024.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

No.6250 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge (N.D.P.S.), Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S.
