The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Suryagarha P.S. Case No. 290 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 103(1), 3(5) of the BNS 2023 and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

The preliminary objection of learned counsel for the informant is that the petitioner has suppressed his antecedents as in the bail petition the petitioner has mentioned about two criminal cases but he is accused in six criminal cases. 4.

In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application. 5.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
