The prayer has been made in the writ application for a direction to the respondent authorities not to demolish Indira Awas, Houses situated at Amukora near Bihar Veterinary College Campus in view of the order dated 2.2.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3601 of 2016. It appears that through various orders passed in PIL in C.W.J.C. No. 3601 of 2016 (Vikash Chandra Guddu Baba Vs. State of Bihar and Ors.)
, the Division Bench of this Court directed for removal of unauthorized encroachers from the land of Bihar Veterinary College.
