Earlier vide order dated 20.05.2022, the petitioner was granted provisional bail till disposal of the case and the concerned authorities were directed to ensure the compliance of order dated 20.05.2022 by filing a detailed action report. Office has reported that in compliance of order of this court, no counter affidavit has been filed as yet. From perusal of record, it would evident that much opportunity has already been given to the concerned authorities to comply the earlier order of this court but up till now, order of this court has not been complied with.

Therefore, in the aforesaid circumstance, no purpose

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3594 of 2022(6) dt.28-09-2022 2/2 would be served to keep this matter pending for a long period. Accordingly, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 20.05.2022 in connection with Danaruwa P.S. Case No. 339 of 2021 is hereby confirmed and the present petition stands disposed of.
