Petitioner happens to be mother in law of the deceased who died within three years of her marriage in other than normal circumstances. In post mortem examination, the cause of death was found as asphyxia due to strangulation. Petitioner is in jail custody since 26.10.2015 and the investigation against her has already been completed. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P.S.
