The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Lateran charge sheet was submitted under sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The first information report is against unknown. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that that the name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused Rajesh Bhagat. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 15.01.2014 Considering the fact that except the

Ist Class, in Pipra P.S. Case No. 14 of 2013.
