The present modification application is filed for modification of the order dated 16.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.47899 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical mistake in prayer portion of the bail petition to the satisfaction of "learned 3rd Additional District Judge-cumSpecial Judge (Excise) Khagaria" has been wrongly typed in place of " learned 2nd Additional District Judge-cum-Special

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19265 of 2022(2) dt.20-04-2022 2/2 Judge (Excise), Khagaria".

Let it be read as satisfaction of "learned 2nd Additional District Judge-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Khagaria" in place of "learned 3rd Additional District Judge-cum-Special Judge (Excise) Khagaria".

Accordingly, the order dated 16.12.2021 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
