Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was an applicant for appointment of Talimi Markaj but in the selection, irregularity was committed by the respondents. He submits that he has approached various authorities for redressal of the grievance and for rectifying the mistake/irregularity committed in the selection but no action was taken by the authorities concerned. He submits that writ petition may be disposed of with direction to the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur who shall cause an enquiry into the irregularity

Patna High Court CWJC No.2351 of 2017(3) dt.15-03-2018 2/2 committed in the matter of 'Tolasewak' and in case, manipulation and irregularity is found in the selection, corrective measure will be taken by the respondent District Magistrate.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to file representation alongwith a copy of this order before the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur who shall cause an inquiry into the allegation made with regard to illegality and manipulation in the selection of Talimi Markaj and in case he finds illegality, he would pass appropriate order/direction for rectifying the mistake as corrective measures. The entire exercise in this regard must be taken by the respondent District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
