Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 93 of 2018 for the offence under sections 25(1-b)a/26 and 35 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that for the same offence two cases were registered. The petitioner was granted bail in one of the case in Cr. Misc. No. 39869 of 2018. However, his another application for regular bail was rejected by a coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 3.7.2018.

Considering the fact that petitionr has remained in custody since 4.3.2018, let the petitioner, named above, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4315 of 2019(2) dt.28-01-2019 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., West Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 93 of 2018.
