Mr.A.G ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 17-01-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 429, 153A and 235A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act 1960 and 345 R/W 429 of Bihar Municipality act, 2007, registered in connection with Bikramganj P.S.Case No. 495 of 2019.

As per the FIR, the police apprehended a vehicle loaded with meat. On inquiry, the police came to know that the accused persons named in the FIR were indulged in illegal transaction of beef.

He has also submitted that on similar footing other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc. No. 7383 of 2020 under order dated 28.02.2020.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Bikramganj P.S.Case No. 495 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
