JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, Ripusudan Rai and others. The coaccused, Ripusudan Rai has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court. Moreover, except the confessional statement, the only material which has come against the petitioner is his mobile location, which was found on the place of occurrence and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 04-09-2015.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
